About Me
I'm Erica, lover of the outdoors; fueled by my love of all things baked!
I live in beautiful Bozeman, Montana where the mountains have always been home and frequently call my name.
As long as I can remember, baking has been a passion of mine. From learning how to make my great grandma's famous sugar cookie recipe, to now developing my own favorite family recipes. The way food can bring people together and be a comfort through different seasons of life, or even on through generations, is the reason I love what I do.
I discovered my love of photography in high-school then began my photography career as a portrait photographer. With the stay at home orders, due to Covid-19, I began to photograph what was around me: food! Combining my love of food with my love of photography ignited a new passion that motivates me on a daily basis. I love to bring food to life in a way that resonates with not only the taste-buds, but one's creativity as well. Taking something ordinary and creating a scene, a mood, a feeling; igniting the ordinary into the extraordinary!
When not photographing food, you will find me hiking in the mountains with my husband and three kids, or obsessing over my tiny garden. When the weather turns cold, I will be out skiing or thoroughly savoring a pastry with my afternoon coffee!
